Department Summary

Hogarth Studios is the creative production arm of Hogarth Worldwide. We create and make end to end content across all media and mediums. Our talent includes producers, directors, editors, colour graders, 2D artists, CG & MGFX artists, and sound designers.

We get involved with production as early as possible to advise on the best route through what can be complex production and post-production processes.

What does an audio producer do at Hogarth?

As a Senior Audio Producer, you'll be managing the production of a wide variety of sound projects, including radio / digital audio ads, podcasts, and audio post-production projects including broadcast, digital, cinema and immersive / experiential, and adaption of commercials for UK markets and globally.

You will be responsible for managing budgets, project timings, casting voice overs (both in the UK and throughout Europe), and scheduling and directing VO recording / mix sessions.

Working across a variety of accounts and ad-hoc projects, you will liaise with agencies, production companies, foreign studios, UK casting agencies and the internal account teams to ensure creative quality is combined with efficient production across all media.

Responsibilities

  • Producing audio content including radio / digital audio ads, audio for TV , digital and cinema and immersive / experiential projects.
  • On-boarding and building workflows for new clients and responsibility for maintaining client relationships.
  • Seeking out new business opportunities from within WPP group companies and external companies.
  • Managing project timings, budgets and administration.
  • Constant contact with account / business teams, creative teams, the scheduling team and operators.

Reporting lines and key stakeholders

This role reports to Executive Producer, Sound. 

You will work closely with a team of audio producers, content producers and post-producers.

You will work closely with the other members of the audio department, including our team of sound engineers, as well as content producers, post-producers, internal & external account management teams and brand clients.

Requirements

  • Experience working within a creative agency.
  • Strong background in audio production (particularly radio / digital audio ads), with a passion for casting voice talent and experience of working and liaising with sound studios.
  • An understanding of the wider production and post-production and advertising industries.
  • Ability to adapt to new working methods & technologies.
  • Excellent positive manner on the telephone, in person and online.
  • Excellent time management skills & multi-tasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Form good working relations across the board.
  • Positive and creative attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines.
