BC&A Chartered Accountants is a growing and forward-thinking accountancy firm, serving a diverse client base across various sectors. Following a successful first half of 2025 and an increase in demand for audit services, we are now looking for a qualified auditor to join our team and play a key role in the development of our audit offering.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a qualified professional to join a firm where you’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work and have a direct impact on how our audit department evolves. For the right candidate, this role could lead to heading up the division and shaping the future of audit at BC&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion
• Build strong client relationships and act as a point of contact throughout the audit process
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Identify areas of risk and make recommendations for improvements
• Support the wider team in developing the audit function internally

What We’re Looking For

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience in audit, ideally within an accountancy practice
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• A proactive mindset with a desire to grow and take on more responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients

• Based out of our Southampton office
