An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Breast Care Nursing Team at Breast Test Wales, part of the Screening Division of Public Health Wales. We are seeking a part-time Senior Breast Care Nurse to join our North Wales team, supporting services across our centres in Wrexham and Llandudno.

As a Senior Breast Care Nurse, You Will
- Provide direct care and support to individuals recalled for assessment following routine screening mammograms.
- Offer psychological support, evidence-based information, and guidance to individuals diagnosed with breast cancer or breast disease, empowering them to make informed decisions about their treatment.
- Lead and support a small team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and service improvement.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and implement best practices in breast care nursing.
- Participate in clinical audit activities to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care, ensuring services meet high standards and support ongoing improvement.
