At GBS, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Pensions Systems Department. How You'll Make An Impact

• Lead the analysis of complex business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business transformation initiatives.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to aid in strategic decision-making and planning.
• Define and implement scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business needs.

About You

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of methodologies and standard processes.
• Proven track record in managing software development projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in UK pensions administration and familiarity with third-party administration systems is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to deliver high-quality results.
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Travel: Occasional travel within the UK required.
  
  

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• SQL proficiency and familiarity with enterprise application architecture.
• Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools.
