How You'll Make An Impact

About You
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of methodologies and standard processes.
- Proven track record in managing software development projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in UK pensions administration and familiarity with third-party administration systems is a plus.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to deliver high-quality results.
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Travel: Occasional travel within the UK required.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- SQL proficiency and familiarity with enterprise application architecture.
- Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools.
