Sales Representative / Sales Specialist (iGaming)
About the Role:
Spinnr Tech operates as a group-level technology hub, supporting a portfolio of companies across the digital entertainment and gaming industries. This position is being hired on behalf of one of our iGaming subsidiaries, focused on delivering an industry-leading B2B casino platform to global markets.
We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Representative / Sales Specialist to accelerate the growth of our platform by acquiring new B2B partners and expanding our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development for our cutting-edge iGaming platform by identifying and securing new B2B clients worldwide.
- Conduct proactive outreach via online and offline channels to introduce our platform and articulate its unique value proposition.
- Identify growth opportunities, including new markets, product features, or service packages.
- Promote the success and value of our platform to build brand awareness and thought leadership in the market.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client business models to tailor relevant and impactful solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address challenges and develop strategic solutions.
- Support the creation of client growth plans and ensure alignment with internal roadmaps.
- Partner closely with the casino platform team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage ongoing client issues and ensure prompt resolution to maintain strong partnerships.
- Track, forecast, and report key metrics to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the iGaming industry.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales and account-based sales strategies.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level or native).
- Proficiency in Mandarin or another second language is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with product development processes and stakeholder coordination.
- Team-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
