Job summary:
Sole BDR leading the lead gen function
Working closely with AE Marketing generate warm leads for BDR to convert
AE to support with cold target list map
Targeted on meetings booked (3-5 per month)
AOV: 26k-94k (across 3 packages)
Sales cycle: 2-6 months, depending on org
Selling into: large corporates with recruitment/employer branding needs (Trustpilot, Apple, Sephora, EY)
Focus primarily on FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 companies
Experience required:
SDR experience advantageous
Sales experience a must
Start up mentality, experience working in an early-stage business
Experience of an early-stage product
Experience selling to large multinationals
Self-starter, take the lead, outside the box thinker
Solid sales tenure/motivations for being in sales
