Mott MacDonald

We’re a global engineering, management, and development consultancy.

Our purpose is to improve society by considering social outcomes in everything we do, relentlessly focusing on excellence and digital innovation, transforming our clients’ businesses, our communities and employee opportunities.

A fundamental part of this is respecting each person’s differences and striving to meet their needs.

Our values: Progress, Respect, Integrity, Drive, Excellence.

About The Business Unit

Client organisations face increasingly complex and interconnected challenges throughout their business, and drivers for change are both wide ranging and influential on each another. This includes the need to maximise investment, pursuing net zero and making the energy transition. Climate resilience, digital transformation, and environmental and social outcomes also command new ways of thinking and working.

Our range of strategic advisory capabilities help executive teams articulate the future state of their enterprise, programme or problem that aligns their people, processes, information, and technology.

Our integrated management consultancy services leverage our rich technical excellence of complex problem solving, proven through the practical delivery of projects and programmes through our asset management, business change, digital and data, and value chain solutions.

About The Role

Mott MacDonald is committed to improving people’s lives through delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions, and are looking for like-minded, forward-thinking individuals to join our growing Climate and Sustainability Team for the European Region.

You will also play a key role in building relationships with our clients and responding to bids with bespoke solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

This is a Principal-level appointment with long-term career development potential in a rapidly growing area.
