What is the role?
Neos Networks Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Contract Manager with a proven track record in managing complex Telecommunications Contracts. Managing a portfolio of multi Million pound contracts, some of which are classed as CNI, the candidate must be able to articulate well at ‘C’ Level and have a proven experience in managing Government Contracts and Frameworks, as well as Telecoms Engineering Contracts.
The role requires a sound understanding of robust Risk Management, P&L’s and accurate forecasting at a contract level.
Successful candidates will be part of Neos Networks Senior Leadership Forum.
To ensure key Contracts within the Neos Networks Sales Division comply with their obligations whilst delivering year on year growth to their P&L.
Operating a multi-stakeholder contractual governance forum which tracks the performance of Contracts.
Ensuring Neos Networks is compliant to Government procurement frameworks such as:
RM6095 Gigabit Capable Framework
RM6116 NS3 Lot 1a and associated Procurement Portal.
RM1557.13 G-Cloud 13
Ensure all contract invoices are issued on time and paid.
Where necessary, managing Aged Debt process on each contract to ensure Neos is paid on time for the services delivered.
Provide assurance function on Supplier payments.
People management of a small team aligning all staff to execute their roles in a professional manner in sync with Neos core values.
Key Accountabilities
1. Support the Sales Process with Contract Management Expertise
To provide Contract Management expertise into the sales process:
a) helping win new business and expand the scope of contracts that have been won
b) preparing for contract execution phase.
c) manage key contracts through the term of the contract, during delivery and in-life phases ensuring all obligations are fulfilled whilst delivering improved profitability.
2. Contract P&L
Continue to develop processes to measure and maintain the Contract P&L accurately.
3. Contract Growth
Drive an overall 10% increase in Contracted TCV with year on year improvement.
4. Aged Debt
Manage Aged Debt process for each contract ensuring the debt does not exceed 2% of annual contract value.
5. Framework Governance
Responsible for all MI on RM6095 Gigabit Capable, RM6116 NS3 and G-Cloud 13 RM1557 – ensuring this is submitted on time to Crown Commercial Services.
6. Culture
Personally adopt the Neos Networks culture/values and become a promoter of the Neos Networks expected behaviours.
7. Senior Leadership Forum
As a member of the Neos Senior Leadership Forum, provide insight which benefits the effectiveness of existing processes.
