IN SHORT


The Senior Corporate Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing account operations, leading a small team of Account Executives, and delivering exceptional service to SEFE Energy's prestigious customers and Third-Party Intermediaries (TPIs). This role is critical in fostering strong relationships, ensuring the smooth handling of complex accounts and queries, and driving team performance. A key aspect of this role is overseeing queries from assigned customers & TPI Portfolios to foster long-term strategic partnerships.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Sell & retain flexible and high-volume gas, power and associated environmental products to the UKs largest energy consumers.
  • Add value, revenue and reduce leakages to the current portfolio whilst ensuring sales targets are achieved.
  • Ability to manager & support Corporate Account Executives in day to day learning of energy industry, internal systems and customer relationship development as well as accountability & responsibility for the overall performance of the Corporate Account Executive team.
  • Develop SEFE Energy’s reputation for customer service and product flexibility whilst continually adopting "TLC" in line with organisational brand.
  • Support the clean energy business development & Carbons teams targets as well as supporting the additional services portfolio from an account management perspective.
  • Meet acquisition targets for the Flex portfolio as set by Line MGR.
  • To be aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • To be willing to represent and promote the SEFE Energy brand both internally and externally at conferences and seminars.
  • Ability to navigate and guide others through complex query resolution as well as taking the lead on larger value Corporate accounts and issues with higher importance.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING


Professional Experience

  • Strong experience in a Sales or Account Management role is required.
  • Strong experience in the Energy Sector.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining relationships.
  • Experience of working in an international organisation with overseas parent company an advantage.
  • Considerable understanding of customer journey from the initial call with a prospective customer to issue of final invoice or confirmation of renewal contract. Ability to recognise and advise on various points of customer journey with considerable knowledge of each touch point.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent understanding of Account Management.
  • Effective organisation skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen; excellent numerical skills.
  • Creative thinker in finding new ways to push performance.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. Ability to present at board level.
