The Asset Allocation team, is responsible for the management and growth of our diversified fund ranges with over £100bn of assets under management. The team brings experience across investment management, investment consulting, banking, and academia, working with pension funds, insurers and retail clients
Defined Contributions (DC) is an important and growing business for the Asset Allocation team and central to L&G’s strategy. This individual will join the highly successful Asset Allocation team in DC Strategies
This team is responsible for the management of the Target-Date Fund and Lifetime Advantage Fund ranges (the DC Defaults for L&G) which are anticipated to have around £45bn AUM by the end of 2025.
As Deputy for the head of the team, the successful candidate will help to shape the future evolution of the strategy to ensure it continues to deliver the best value for our members. You'll also help shape the team in terms of culture and be heavily involved in setting the strategy for the team and individuals within the team
