To support our rapidly growing business, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Director of Growth Product Management.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Director Product (Clinical Pathways) to lead the design and scaling of our clinical care pathways across Europe. You’ll shape how we deliver digital and hybrid care, ensuring our products are clinically sound, patient-centric, and ready to scale.

As a senior leader in the Product team, you’ll guide Product Managers and collaborate across markets to align innovation with regulation, patient needs, and business goals. If you’ve built products in high-growth, product-led companies and thrive in complexity, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the Future of Care: Design and evolve our clinical pathways across all markets, aligning cutting-edge strategy with clinical excellence and real patient impact.
• Lead with Influence: Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Clinical, Operations, and Market Access to ensure seamless execution and innovation.
• Own the Full Journey: Take charge of the entire pathway lifecycle, from bold ideas to market launch, ongoing optimisation, and measurable outcomes.
• Put Patients First: Turn user insights, clinical feedback, and data into scalable, patient-centered experiences that power our digital care model.
• Balance Scale and Precision: Ensure global consistency while adapting pathways to meet local market needs, navigating the complexity with clarity.
• Inspire and Elevate: Mentor and align Pathway Managers across countries, empowering them to deliver with excellence and impact.

Your Profile

• You’re a seasoned product leader with a track record of scaling impactful products in high-growth, product-led tech companies, bonus points if you've done it in healthcare or regulated environments.
• You’ve led complex, cross-market initiatives, seamlessly balancing global strategy with local execution.
• Strategic by nature, analytical by habit, and a driver by default, you don't just set direction, you deliver results.
• You thrive in an environment where you are bringing people together and influencing at all levels to align, inspire, and execute.
• You’ve built and nurtured high-performing teams, and you love seeing others succeed under your leadership.
• You understand the nuances of healthcare, and you’re curious about how behavioural science can shape smarter, more effective pathways.
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus
