🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll lead and contribute to building services design projects from concept to completion. You'll be client-facing, technically hands-on, and involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Developing detailed electrical designs and tender documentation
• Preparing technical specifications, reports, and cost plans
• Coordinating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams
• Leading or supporting projects through all RIBA stages
• Assisting with fee proposals, resource planning, and project scheduling
• Mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices
• Staying up to date with evolving design standards and regulations

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in professionals who bring:

• A solid background in Electrical Building Services Design (HND or degree-qualified)
• Experience in sectors such as healthcare, education, and commercial developments
• Familiarity with relevant design standards and industry software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, Amtech)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Membership of CIBSE or working toward it (preferred but not essential)
