We're looking for purpose-driven entrepreneurs for a 12-month fixed-term contract to help create a zero carbon, zero bill, and zero friction future for our customers. In our internal venture studio, you'll turn innovative, human-centered ideas into ventures that have a lasting impact on the energy landscape.

What you’ll do:

• Develop new energy ventures from scratch
• Experiment, learn, and iterate based on real user insights
• Engage with customers to ensure product-market fit
• Build sustainable business models with market analysis
• Track performance and optimise ROI
• Collaborate with startups, researchers, and tech experts
• Present your vision and secure backing to bring it to life

Are you a match?

• Experience in building from the ground up (startup or innovation team)
• Strong analytical and empathetic problem solver
• Skilled in managing relationships and cross-functional teams
• Knowledgeable in lean startup, agile, and human-centered design
• Financial acumen and long-term vision
• Curious and committed to learning

Bonus points for:

• Experience in B2B/SME ventures or regulated industries
• Previous founder or early-stage startup experience
• Experience securing Seed/Series A funding
