Our automotive operation based in Solihull, who provide supply chain and logistic services for a prestigious client, have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and customer focused HR Resolution Manager to join the team. Providing employee relations advice, support and case management, liaising regularly with senior management.
This role offers hybrid working - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into our Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide people managers with valuable coaching and support on employment law issues, managing complex cases through to resolution, while mitigating the risk of employee tribunal. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners where you will support all case management activities and unionized activities.
You will record all employee relations cases using a case management system, where you will analyse and produce reports to highlight issues and trends and increase awareness relating to people management.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in your application you will have proven employee relations experience with a strong understanding of employment law, ideally within unionized environments. You will have experience of creating, analysing, and implementing employee relations policies, procedures, and processes in line with organisational requirements.
This role requires a resilient and empathic individual who can build strong and credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders, experienced in challenging, coaching, and guiding people managers through complex ER cases.
