Senior Financial Crime Manager - Specialty Insurance Broker

Miryco Consultants are working with a global market-leading specialty insurance broker to add a Financial Crime Lead to their Compliance team. This is a great opportunity to make an impact by joining a high-performing and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on all financial crime matters.
• Build out and maintain Financial Crime control frameworks and support regular risk assessments.
• Leading and collaborating with Compliance team.
• Act as point of contact for Financial Crime, building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Provide Compliance training to existing staff and new joiners.

Experience:.

• Extensive expertise in Financial Crime and sanctions, both in relation to the UK and insurance cover internationally.
• London Market experience desirable.
• Insurance broking experience desirable.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

Location: City of London

Salary: Up to £100K
