Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Fintech Growth professional to join the FinTech Commercial team.


This is a strategic Business Development position, (not sales), and the role will focus on designing, developing, and delivering innovative pay-out solutions, maximizing incremental revenue and driving a P&L-positive impact for the FinTech department.


The ideal candidate will be experienced at leading growth and revenue generation initiatives within a Payments/FinTech environment, with a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and executive communication.


Specifically you will become involved in the following key activities and responsibilities:-


Lead the Design and Execution of Strategic Payment Solutions

Take ownership of the end-to-end commercial design and delivery of pay-out solutions (e.g. Bank Transfers, VCC, Push to Card). Ensure that these solutions deliver measurable business impact for our partners (hotels, homes, etc.) and align with our client’s strategic objectives.

Shape Business Strategy and Drive Revenue Growth

Develop and execute revenue growth strategies and long-term plans for pay-out solutions, identifying high-impact opportunities in diverse regions and customer segments (e.g., SMBs, OTAs). Your approach will directly shape the FinTech P&L, driving sustained growth and optimization.

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration to Drive Innovation

Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, legal, finance, etc.) and external partners to ensure smooth integration of pay-out solutions across multiple platforms. Align stakeholders on business priorities, new solution design, and regulatory considerations to optimize time-to-market.

Deliver High-Impact Executive Communication

Craft clear, actionable executive summaries and compelling business cases to influence key leadership decisions. Your ability to communicate complex payment solutions and technical details in simple, engaging/visual formats will be crucial in securing alignment on strategic initiatives.

Lead Change and Drive Results Across Global Markets

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, guiding decisions on global payment solutions and identifying opportunities for operational improvement. Ensure that your strategies are adaptable to regional and market-specific needs, focusing on scalability and compliance.


Requirements:-


  • 8+ years-experience in Payments/FinTech, (or equivalent), with deep expertise in the full payment lifecycle and a focus on pay-out solutions (Bank Transfer, VCC, Push to Card, etc.).
  • Proven track record in business development, designing revenue-generating pay-out solutions, ideally within the OTA/hotel space.
  • Strong business strategy and planning expertise, including the ability to develop actionable business cases, growth strategies, and long-term plans.
  • MBA and/or experience in consulting or strategic roles a strong plus—experience shaping high-level business strategy and optimizing revenue models across large organizations.
  • Ability to distil complex financial and technical concepts into concise, engaging updates for senior leadership.
  • A collaborative, cross-functional leader, skilled at influencing and aligning diverse teams (legal, finance, tech, product) toward a shared vision.
