Our client, a successful private equity firm, is looking to hire a qualified accountant with fund finance experience, to join the finance team and directly support the UK Finance Director.
- Reviewing fund financial statements on an annual and quarterly basis
- Reviewing quarterly investor reporting
- Preparing and reviewing drawdown and distributions notices.
- Dealing and corresponding with investors in relation to issues and queries.
- Provide support in making the accounting software more efficient with the use of new reports and defined fields to aid more extensive data analysis.
- Assisting with the annual audit process.
The successful candidate must be a qualified accountant who's worked as a Fund Accountant for either a private equity/alternative fund or a Third Party Administrator in the UK.
