The Team

Join a high-performing, collaborative Graduate Recruitment team that plays a pivotal role in attracting top-tier graduates and interns to our organization. At Brevan Howard we are dedicated to identifying and nurturing the next generation of talent. Based in London, you will work closely with the Head of Graduate Recruitment, Programs and Development, and collaborate with the broader Graduate Recruitment and HR team to support the full lifecycle of our Summer Internship and Graduate Programs


The Role

As a Senior Graduate Recruitment & Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end recruitment and program management process. From coordinating interviews and managing university relationships to supporting onboarding and program logistics, you will be instrumental in delivering a high-quality experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

You are passionate about early careers recruitment and program delivery, and you bring a professional, approachable demeanour to every interaction. You are a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Manage all logistics for interviews, including room bookings, calendar invites, and preparation of interview materials.
  • Maintain and update the Graduate Recruitment tracker, ensuring accurate data entry in Workday and other systems.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for all recruitment and program-related activities.
  • Liaise with UK and EU Universities to support attraction and engagement efforts.
  • Collect and track interview feedback, ensuring timely communication of next steps.
  • Support onboarding processes by coordinating with HR and Facilities teams.
  • Attend and support Summer Program sessions, ensuring smooth execution and speaker readiness.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate and company information.


Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrable relevant experience within an investment bank or hedge fund desired
  • Experience managing at least two graduate recruitment cycles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working under pressure during peak recruitment and program periods.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work effectively in environments with evolving systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional, personable, and confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and experienced with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
