Are you an experienced Health and Safety and Wellbeing professional ready to make a difference? We are seeking an ethusiastic Senior Health and Safety Manager and Wellbeing Lead at Welsh National Opera.
As WNO is going through a period of change, with a new strategic and artistic vision, we are looking to modernise the way in which we support our performance, technical and administrative functions with all aspects of Health and Safety and wellbeing.
You will be expected to design and embed a management system, report on all RIDDORS to HSE, develop and maintain a training matrix, develop and deliver in house training across departments and have responsibility for Health and Safety budget and forecasting against spend.
The successful candidate will need to have:
A proven background in leading Health, Safety and Wellbeing.
Demonstrable experience of leading change programmes for Health and Safety department and the wider organisation.
A Health and Safety related qualification (e.g member of IOSH, Diploma in NEBOSH).
Experience of policy review and implementation of new policies and design and embed new procedures.
