Cumberland Council are looking for a Senior Home to School Transport Officer to help lead the planning, procurement, and monitoring of school transport services. Youll play a key role in ensuring children across the region have safe, efficient, and cost-effective transport to and from school, while also supporting other team members and working closely with internal teams and external providers.

Were looking for someone with experience in commissioning or procurement, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for quality assurance and value for money. In return, youll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team within the Education, SEND and Inclusion service, with opportunities for professional development and agile working.
