We’re looking for a passionate and driven Influencer Executive to join our Brand Communications team, working across both our iconic brands – Ann Summers and, our house of underwear, Knickerbox.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our influencer marketing strategy, taking ownership of the day-to-day running of our influencer programmes. With a proven track record of delivering end-to-end influencer campaigns, you’ll bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of influencer marketing to the table – along with a genuine passion for our brands.

What you can expect from the role…

• Manage our brands influencer content and campaigns on budget and on time.
• Grow our gifting programmes, recommending influencers and celebrities across all tiers.
• Be ahead of the curve through trend, competitor and broader market research to maintain market leading influencer activity.
• Source UGC for repurposing content across our channels.
• Ensure brand tone of voice and position is upheld across all market content.
• Foster excellent professional relationships with our PR, Influencer and Social agencies.
• Build productive internal relationships to deliver a 360 approach to influencer activity.
• Work closely with other key stakeholders such as the Social Media Executive and Digital Marketing manager to co-ordinate activities.
• Analyse, measure and report on influencer performance during and after campaigns to evaluate and inform on future initiatives.
• Manage budgets for the influencer programme, gifting and product placements.
• Stay updated on platform changes and industry best practices to inform strategy.

What we’re looking for from the successful candidate…

• An affinity with our brand and an authentic ambassador, with an ability to maintain brand tone and positioning across influencer and PR content.
• Proven experience within influencer marketing, content creation, and social platforms. Ideally in fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
• An amazing stakeholder manager and relationship builder.
• Excellent written communication, someone who can write engaging copy.
• Highly organised with a methodical and structured approach to work.
• Skilled in performance analysis and strategic thinking.
• Familiar with platform trends and industry best practices.
