Capco is hiring: Insurance Solutions Architect (Guidewire / Verisk)

UK – London or Edinburgh | Insurance Architecture | Permanent

We’re looking for experienced Solutions Architects to lead digital transformation for some of the biggest names in insurance. If you have deep expertise in Guidewire or Verisk, and you thrive in a consulting environment, this is a chance to shape the future of insurance tech.

What you’ll do:

• Lead design and delivery of large-scale Guidewire/Verisk solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor on tech strategy and architecture
• Align tech with business outcomes in policy, claims, billing, analytics
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and vendor teams
• Influence senior stakeholders and support pre-sales

What you bring:

• Strong delivery experience in Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) or Verisk (ISO, Sequel Suite, Risk Analyzer)
• Knowledge of Commercial Lines, London Markets, or Reinsurance
• Architecture experience in fast-paced, outcome-driven programmes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
• Understanding of APIs, data architecture, and integration patterns

Bonus points for:

• Cloud-native experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Agile or hybrid delivery background
• TOGAF or similar certification
