Contract Type: Outside IR35
Location: Milton Keynes
Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Integration Business Analyst to support a critical transformation programme involving complex system and data integrations across the enterprise. Ideal for an experienced contractor who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis activities for integration workstreams across multiple systems and business domains.
Gather, analyse, and document integration requirements in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Define and manage interface specifications, data flows, and mappings across systems and third-party vendors.
Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and clarify dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.
Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
Support integration testing and validation to ensure functionality meets business needs.
Ensure integration solutions adhere to best practices around data integrity, compliance, and information security.
Key Skills & Experience:
Significant experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex system and data integration projects.
Strong understanding of integration technologies and patterns (e.g., APIs, ETL, middleware, event-driven architecture).
Proven experience in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical groups.
Ability to write clear and comprehensive business and functional documentation.
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services) is a plus.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and critical thinking skills.
Desirable:
Prior experience working on transformation or ERP implementation programmes.
Understanding of data governance and information security in integration contexts.
Business Analysis certification (e.g., BCS, IIBA, PMI-PBA) is advantageous.
