We have an excellent opportunity in Birmingham for a Senior Land Assembly Advisor at Associate level to provide property services including temporary access, acquisition, CPO, compensation, and valuation advice to Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects including Rail, Road, Energy and Transport. To assist in leading, developing and delivering 'best in class' strategic and tactical advice to clients in the infrastructure sector.

What will it take to be successful?
Ideally you will be RICS Qualified with extensive PQE experience in a general practice/infrastructure surveying role with a business development-orientated attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Compulsory Purchase experience desirable although this is not essential as we have excellent training available through our Infrastructures Academy. You must also be able to demonstrate you have a good working knowledge of relevant legislation and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ideally you are ambitious and keen to develop your career in line with the business and actively seek out continuous self-development, broadening your knowledge and experience. The ability to drive business initiatives forward and establish new whilst maintaining existing relationships is key. As is being a team player with strong interpersonal skills, a good sense of humour and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients at all levels.
The role demands a significant amount of engagement with clients as well as landowners and agents therefore strong communication skills are essential and the candidate should be friendly, empathetic, diplomatic and approachable. The day-to-day requirement of the role can change quickly therefore the successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment where flexibility is essential. As there is a certain amount of travel involved in the role, a full driving licence is essential.
