Senior Lawyer – Financial Regulation (Regulated Lending and Banking)

Are you an experienced financial regulation lawyer looking for a new challenge? We’re seeking a Managing Associate or Legal Director to join our London team, working as part of a collaborative national practice. You’ll work closely with our Regulated Lending and Banking (RLB) Partners—Rosanna Bryant, Clare Hughes, and Sophie Skelton—on high-profile matters for clients across the UK and internationally.

This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver non-contentious regulatory advice, develop key client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the team. You’ll have the chance to work on high-calibre matters while enjoying clear career progression in a supportive and ambitious environment.

We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years’ experience advising on regulated lending and banking matters, including the Consumer Credit Act and relevant FCA sourcebooks. Experience with the Mortgage Conduct of Business Sourcebook and Payment Services Regulations would be an advantage.
