Our Client, a leading global wealth and asset management business, is looking for an experienced counsel to join the team here in London.
As the business continues to expand its strategic and retail wealth and asset management offering, the team is looking for a strong, confident and well rounded banking lawyer with deep regulatory knowledge across retail products (notably mortgages) and transactional credit processes.
The position will be ideal for a first time mover experienced Associate from Practice, or a second time mover in house.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years PQE with a strong track record in private practice and at least a strong in-house FS secondment
- Retail Credit product knowledge
- At least 2 years in Wealth & Asset Management
- Strong regulatory skillset, focused on retail banking
- Lombard Lending exposure highly valued
- Strong academic track record
- Willingness to be collaborative and advise both the business and clients
