🌟 About the Role


As a Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily logistics and supply chain activities of Keplin Group. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, warehouses, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely delivery of products to our customers.


This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.


πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities:


Logistics Coordination: Manage the day-to-day coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, both domestic and international, ensuring on-time delivery.


Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouses to ensure optimal inventory management, and resolve stock discrepancies or issues.


Supplier & 3PL Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and carriers, tracking performance and resolving service issues.


Shipping & Documentation: Prepare and review shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.


Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics activities with business needs.


Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of logistics operations and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), cost analysis, and delivery performance.


Compliance: Ensure that logistics activities comply with relevant regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.


βœ… What We're Looking For:


Experience: 3-5+ years in logistics coordination or supply chain operations, ideally within an FMCG or similar fast-paced environment.


Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of inventory management, freight coordination, warehousing, and transportation processes.


Organisation & Attention to Detail: Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.


Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving logistics issues, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Tech Savvy: Proficiency in logistics systems such as WMS, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).


Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.


Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.


Educational Background: Degree or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field is desirable but not essential with relevant experience.
