- Reinvigoration of the Team Arm Ambassador network
- Campaigns to grow charitable giving and team volunteering
- Working with a cross-functional team to redesign and relaunch Arm’s Work Experience program, which will target students from less well-served backgrounds
- Crafting engaging communications to showcase progress and impact across internal and external channels
- Collaborating with global, national, and local charitable partners to deliver impactful partnerships. Partners include STEM education charities as well as not-for-profit organizations solving broader social impact and inequalities.

- Running a $1M+ community investment budget
- Using AI to improve people engagement and amplify the impact of community initiatives
Required Skills And Experience
You will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, community investment, or social impact, with a focus on strategy development and implementation at scale.
- A proven track record in leading sophisticated, global programs, particularly in volunteering, giving, and STEM education access
- Demonstrated success in developing and delivering internal communication strategies that drive awareness and participation in purpose-led programs
- Experience leading high-value partnerships with not-for-profit organizations, ideally in STEM or education sectors
- Adept at influencing senior leaders and cross-functional collaborators, including in global organizations
- Experience running $1m + budget and/or funding portfolios
“Nice To Have” Skills And Experience
- A strong background of delivering multi-stakeholder projects across business units or regions; people management experience; experience navigating and responding to emerging social or global events through a philanthropic or community lens
