Our Insights & Intelligence (I&I) team are experts in data-powered talent services and solutions. Our purpose is simple, to understand our Clients’ needs and use this understanding, combined knowledge, and expertise to find, process, and analyse complex datasets to inform talent acquisition teams. The Senior Manager, I&I Partners is a trusted, strategic advisor to both the Client, and AMS stakeholders. Working in partnership with the I&I and Client account teams and the AMS I&I Hub, the Senior Manager, I&I Partners is responsible for communicating and translating requests and analysis from key stakeholders whilst developing a deep understanding of the Client strategy. You will be responsible for a team of Managers - I&I Partners leading, developing and inspiring them to enable success across the overall Client portfolio.

Key Accountabilities:

You’ll support our success by:

  • Business Case Creation & Implementation - responsible for writing business cases, gathering Client buy in and driving outcomes to address challenges
  • Promote Research Lab publications to key stakeholders to align with account team strategy, increasing I&I translation, confidence and driving actionable outcomes
  • AMS Connectivity for Commercial Outcomes - connect Client account teams with key stakeholders and deploy I&I services to provide targeted solutions for Client team challenges
  • Change Management, collaborating with Continuous Improvement to implement Operational Excellence or other transformation programmes within I&I Hub team across remit ensuring alignment with broader AMS strategy and recommendations including process reviews, ways of working, tools, and techniques, communicating changes to Client stakeholders where needed
  • Client I&I Roundtables - lead and own agenda of regular Client and AMS stakeholder roundtables with AMS Data Club members to discuss industry and market trends, informing Client specific research agenda from I&I team
  • Optimise Service Delivery - working in partnership with I&I Implementation & Regional Hub AMS Operations and Client Services, to design, build and drive initiatives to optimise service delivery in line with Client contractual requirements
  • Leading a highly motivated and engaged team


Skills & Experience:

You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Strong influencing and persuading skills with demonstratable capability of impacting senior relationships both internal and external regarding managing complex escalations, and driving change within complex, fast moving environments
  • Demonstrable understanding of I&I Services, Data Literacy, Talent Acquisition and RPO, including knowledge of I&I Tools & Technology and understanding of their use cases and deployment
  • Proven track record of delivering TA Insights and/or Business Intelligence solutions across multiple geographies or regions in Client-facing role or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, manage and influence stakeholders towards a course of action and establish position as trusted advisor
  • Strong communication skills in both presentation and written formats with both internal and external stakeholder audiences
  • Can tell a compelling and meaningful story, tailored to the audience, using all levels of data
  • Demonstrable ability and passion for people leadership, engagement and development
  • Continuous improvement and innovation led mindset – ability to identify whitespace, areas of opportunity or improvement. Intellectually curious when it comes to service improvement and value creation and delivering and evolving the service
  • Prior experience in supporting or consulting on growth, business development and/or sales opportunities e.g., RFP and Pitch Activity
  • Ability to deliver complex programmes of work within a matrixed environment, through driving performance across indirect reports and structures
  • Demonstrable resilience and ability to work under pressure
