Our purpose is simple, to understand our Clients’ needs and use this understanding, combined knowledge, and expertise to find, process, and analyse complex datasets to inform talent acquisition teams. The Senior Manager, I&I Partners is a trusted, strategic advisor to both the Client, and AMS stakeholders. Working in partnership with the I&I and Client account teams and the AMS I&I Hub, the Senior Manager, I&I Partners is responsible for communicating and translating requests and analysis from key stakeholders whilst developing a deep understanding of the Client strategy. You will be responsible for a team of Managers - I&I Partners leading, developing and inspiring them to enable success across the overall Client portfolio.
