The purpose of this role is to pursue initiatives in collaboration with markets in the optimization of capital investments in restaurant development activities, while supporting their achievement of opening/ reinvestment plans in line with agreed brand standards.
The successful performance of this role will be critical to the function achieving its goals in the coming years. Close collaboration with market and as relevant BU teams, the role will require the incumbent to be engaged with other members of the Global Restaurant Development & Design Team and in dialogue/exchange with members in the broader Restaurant Experience Team & company organization.
The position reports to the Senior Director Global Development, Investment Optimization & Standards.
