Description
With Intelligence are looking for a Senior Marketing & CRM Data Executive to oversee on developing and executing marketing campaigns for a range of With Intelligence's portfolio of asset management events, ensuring that attendee and award entry targets are consistently exceeded.

The Senior Marketing & CRM Data Executive will work closely with other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of each event, contribute new ideas and foster collaboration between departments. They will also work closely with the commercial team and provide marketing support to ensure that sales targets are met.

In addition, this role will take ownership of CRM integration and data accuracy across event platforms and Salesforce, playing a critical part in ensuring data-driven marketing performance and audience targeting.

Responsibilities

Creating and executing marketing campaigns for allocated events

  • Plan, develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for each event, incorporating email, social, and digital strategies to drive registration and award entries
  • Manage the marketing planning process, collaborating across departments to ensure timely and successful launches
  • Write compelling marketing copy tailored to audience personas, using segmentation and data insights to enhance engagement
  • Brief and manage design assets, ensuring all marketing materials meet brand guidelines
  • Work closely with the Delegate Engagement Team to align on event positioning, data strategy and content assets
  • Analyse campaign performance, registration profiles, and audience data to optimise campaigns and report insights to stakeholders
  • Conduct post-event research and analysis, sharing final registration numbers and marketing reports

CRM and Data Management Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM integrations (e.g., Bizzabo to Salesforce), ensuring clean, consistent data flow across platforms
  • Oversee data hygiene and drive cleanup initiatives to maintain reliable, scalable contact databases
  • Establish documented processes for data management and segmentation strategies based on personas, demographics, and past engagement
  • Identify and implement improvements to workflows, integrations, and system connections (e.g., Evessio, Swapcard)
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and support cross-functional decision-making
  • Collaborate with the subscriptions automation team to ensure CRM alignment and marketing efficiency


Requirements

  • Proven experience experience within a B2B events environment
  • Knowledge and experience of the full marketing mix
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Experience of using databases, selecting data and customer segmentation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
  • Understanding of data hygiene principles and best practices for managing clean, accurate records
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong creative writing skills
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
