What you'll be doing:

• Support the development and implementation of B2B lead acquisition and brand campaign.
• Own key marketing channels such as Events (conferences, webinars) and Social Media.
• Help the Marketing and Sales teams achieve their commercial goals via acquiring leads.
• Manage the suite of marketing collateral, ensuring to meet the needs of target audiences.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure they have enough marketing support for business growth.
• Develop, edit, and distribute content across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook & Instagram.

Who we are looking for:

• 2+ years of demonstrable excellence in marketing roles.
• Experience in growth hacking, ideally in a B2B setting.
• Understands the different marketing channels and the role they play.
• Photo and video-editing experience.
• Organizational and multitasking skills.
• Growth mindset - dedicated to growing your skills as a professional.
• Passion for the education sector and commitment to the company’s success.
• Strong bias to action.
