Senior NetSuite Systems Administrator

Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 p.a

Location: Mainly remote with the ability to be onsite in Scotland very occasionally.

Our NetSuite client is seeking a NetSuite Systems Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and daily administration of the NetSuite ERP system.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the day-to-day maintenance of the ERP application, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Supporting system users by addressing technical questions and basic functionality issues.
• Maintaining system documentation and ensuring updates are recorded accurately.
• Performing configuration changes to forms, fields, workflows, and reports.
• Coordinating with vendors and senior administrators to resolve complex issues.
• Supporting training initiatives for new users and creating user-friendly guides or materials.
• Helping deliver future project pipeline from a NetSuite best practice standpoint

Skill set required:

• Strong knowledge of business processes such as accounting (e.g., AR/AP, general ledger), CRM, Inventory or supply chain management.
• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
• Strong understanding of Core financials (P2P, R2R, O2C)
• Hands-on skill set: Workflows, saved searches, reports and customisations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate basic user needs into technical requirements with guidance from senior team members.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
• NetAsset, NetLease, Advanced Revenue Management, US GAAP/IRFS would be very attractive
