We’re based in Brighton Marina in our modern, open-plan office. We’re surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops and bars, and we’re right next to the busy yacht harbour.
Now, we’re looking for a talented Senior Onboarding Consultant to join us.
If successful, you’ll become an integral part of our 30-strong team – and an investment-backed SaaS business experiencing year-on-year expansion.
Duties of this great role include
- Welcoming new clients to LoveAdmin, and setting a great first impression
- Taking a genuine interest in our customers industries
- Partnering with our customers to provide advice and guidance
- Becoming an expert authority with the customers we work with
- Taking ownership of projects, delivering a quality onboarding experience
- Quality checking data we receive from our customers
- Prioritise and setup the customer accounts
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively to ensure success
- Work to timescales agreed with the customer and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Working with the sales team to showcase the software to prospective clients
- Providing solutions and ideas to improve learning, onboarding, and customer experience
- Being an internal champion for the customers we work with to drive innovative improvements to our software system
- Work collaboratively with our customers and across internal teams to support the business strategy
Skills required
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to present competing ideas and thoughts in a compelling, well-researched way
- Have a positive ‘make it happen’ attitude
- Have a customer obsessed mentality
- Ability to learn quickly 'on the job’
- Pro-active and full of initiative
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good level of computer literacy
- Previous industry experience ideal but not required

- Brighton Marina – you will be required to work in office 5 days a week
