We are looking for a proactive Senior or Associate Land Manager to play a critical role in driving land acquisition and stakeholder engagement for major renewable energy projects.
You'll lead on securing land rights for developer-led projects across a range of technologies —identifying sites, engaging landowners, negotiating agreements, and acting as the key liaison throughout the project lifecycle. Expect variety, responsibility, and UK-wide travel as you build strong partnerships and engagement with landowners, agents, and high-profile clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in negotiating terms for energy and renewables projects, and will be motivated to carry out in-person landowner engagement countrywide.
As this role involves travel across England, Wales and sometimes Scotland, this role might ideally be based either from home within the North of England or Midlands, or based within our Oxford or Cambridge offices.
