What you`ll do

Some key areas of focus for your role will include:

• Supporting the design and roll-out of one process and one way of working
• Managing the end-to-end payroll process within Animal Friends and across the wider Pinnacle Pet Group as and when needed
• Be part of a team of 2 so teamwork and working collaboratively is key
• You’ll be the key point of contact for colleagues, dealing with any issues that arise
  
  

Who You Are

• You’ll need to have previous payroll experience, including working with 3rd party payroll providers
• A good understanding of UK payroll and legislation is essential for this role, you’ll need to know how to calculate tax, NI and be confident with offline calculations
• Used to working with a range of stakeholders and at different levels of a business
• We are evolving how we manage payroll across Pinnacle Pet Group, so you’ll need to be comfortable with change
• You may not always have the information you need to hand, so patient persistence and good time-management are key
• Able to easily work from home with a quiet space and good internet connection
