As a Senior People Business Partner, you will work closely with the Managing Director for Local Government & Education, providing strategic HR leadership and crafting tailored people plans to align with Mitie Group's strategic objectives. You will lead workforce planning, talent management, cultural initiatives, and performance management, ensuring alignment with Mitie's Centres of Excellence.

About You:
We seek a seasoned HR professional with a strong track record in a senior HR role. Expertise in reward management, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, and organisational restructuring is essential. You should be able to deliver strategic HR advice based on accurate and timely management information, with strong analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
Effective communication and influence are critical. You must have strong engagement and presentation skills to build meaningful connections with senior stakeholders and clients. This fast-paced role demands the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and perform well under pressure. A proactive mindset and the ability to use initiative are key to success.
Willingness to travel across Great Britain is required, providing on-the-ground support and strategic guidance. A CIPD qualification is desirable, along with experience in training, development, compensation, and benefits. Familiarity with Training Needs Analysis (TNA), psychometric assessments, and salary surveys will be beneficial.
