Are you an experienced HR professional with expertise in leading complex change projects? Join Pinnacle Pet UK for a 6-month fixed-term contract where you'll make a meaningful difference to our organisation during a period of significant transformation.

The Role

As our Lead People Business Partner for Change Projects, you'll spearhead the people workstream for a large-scale multi-entity change project, including a TUPE transfer. You'll partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with organisational needs during this pivotal transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the people aspects of a complex restructuring program across multiple entities
• Develop and deliver clear, timely communications that engage employees throughout the change process
• Provide guidance to managers on effectively leading their teams through transition
• Ensure strict adherence to employment law, particularly regarding redundancy and TUPE
• Identify and mitigate people-related risks during organisational change
• Maintain positive employee experience throughout the transition

About You

You're a strategic HR professional who thrives in complex change environments. You bring:

• Significant experience as a senior HR Business Partner leading large-scale restructures and outsourcing programs
• Deep expertise in employment law, particularly relating to redundancy, TUPE, and restructuring
• Proven ability to challenge, influence, and support senior leaders
• Strong change management capabilities and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
