A leading name in the hospitality and retail space is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to take ownership of construction & capex spend across Europe.

This is a high-visibility role, ideal for someone who thrives on optimising processes, building strong supplier networks, and driving cost efficiencies – all while ensuring projects deliver on quality and brand standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading procurement for construction, capex, and facilities projects across multiple countries in Europe.
• Managing supplier relationships, conducting tenders, and negotiating contracts that deliver best value.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders including construction, operations, and property teams to ensure aligned project delivery.
• Driving value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without compromising operational standards.
• Benchmarking costs, onboarding suppliers, and developing procurement strategies tailored to local markets.

What You’ll Bring

• A strong background in capex or facilities procurement, ideally within hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations.
• Proven ability to negotiate with contractors and service providers across various international markets.
• Familiarity with supplier networks and regulations in the UK and one or more of: France, Germany, Spain.
• A strategic approach combined with hands-on project experience.
• Willingness to travel across European locations as required.
