At IMG, our Studios business use content and technology to power the world's passion for sport, working with global clients including The Premier League, The R&A, DP World Tour, Euroleague Basketball and Major League Soccer. We've built Europe's best-connected broadcast centre at Stockley Park, London, distributing 35,000 hours of content globally and creating some of the world's best sporting coverage. Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites and a multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing and VFX facilities, with specialisms in remote production and carbon reduction thanks to our Green to Screen initiative. What You’ll Do:
The Premier League Productions digital department sits at the heart of content production for the Premier League owned and operated digital channels, as well as our broadcast partners.
We are responsible for creating compelling, digital-first video content that brings the excitement, drama, and passion of our league to a global audience and creates new fans. From live coverage and highlight packages to original features and short films, our work is commissioned, produced and optimised to support our strategic goals and ambition to be gold standard in all that we do.
We're a fast-paced, collaborative team that thrives on creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of social media, football and our audiences.
PLEASE NOTE: Role based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge (until August 2026), followed by Olympia, Kensington, London.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Manage and oversee daily social content creation, scheduling and publishing.
- Leveraging our access to players, games and archive, to coordinate a content plan reflective of the objectives of the business, underpinned by digital content trends and insights to create world class content for the Premier League and its broadcasters.
- Lead and mentor a team of Producers and Assistant Producers, embodying our purpose as a business and role-modelling key behaviours.
- Collaborating with all teams within Premier League Productions to maximise the effectiveness of all our content across linear and social channels.
- Excellent communication with all our key stakeholders at the Premier League and broadcast partners.
- Shape how we use data and insights to track performance, optimise and report back productively to all stakeholders.
- Regularly research, test and learn new ways of working including: leveraging social media trends, AI, editing best practices, or other productivity improvements.
- Managing and ensuring a consistent tone of voice.
- Being responsible for teams on the ground, at games or on shoots.
- You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- 5+ years in social media management or content production.
- Management experience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing social media campaigns and/or content strategies.
- Significant with video content creation, specifically the Adobe suite.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects.
We’d Love If You Also Have These: (not essential)
- Experience of creating digital content for sports federations or broadcasters
- Experience of working on-location, on-shoots or at live sports event.
