The Goal
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Responsible Gambling and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) product within the RegTech space. This is a pivotal role that will shape the future of our compliance solutions, working closely with our global customer base to understand their evolving needs and the complex regulatory landscape.
You will be the voice of the customer within our organisation, translating their challenges and feedback into a clear and compelling product vision and roadmap. Your deep industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and passion for building impactful products will be critical to your success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a clear and compelling product strategy for our Responsible Gambling and AML solutions, aligned with our overall business objectives and the needs of the global gambling industry.
- Roadmap & Execution: Develop and manage a data-driven product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives based on customer value, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with our engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Customer & Market Insight: Act as the subject matter expert on Responsible Gambling and AML within the business. Engage directly with existing and prospective customers worldwide to gather insights, understand their pain points, and validate product concepts.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal and external stakeholders at all levels. This includes collaborating with sales, marketing, customer success, and legal teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Go-to-Market: Collaborate with marketing and sales to create compelling product positioning and messaging. Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical discussions with prospective clients.
- Global Compliance: Stay at the forefront of the ever-changing global regulatory landscape for online gambling, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of compliance across different jurisdictions.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
The Player
What You’ll Bring
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a significant portion of that time spent in the B2B SaaS space. Direct experience in the online gambling industry, specifically with Responsible Gambling, AML, or Fraud Detection products, is highly desirable.
- Seniority in Product Management: Proven track record of owning and shipping successful products from concept to launch. You are comfortable with the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to delivery and iteration. You can demonstrate strategic thinking and a commercial mindset.
- Exceptional Communication: World-class written and verbal communication skills are essential. You can confidently and clearly articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences, from engineers to C-level executives and international customers. You are a natural relationship builder.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for understanding and solving customer problems. You are adept at conducting customer interviews, gathering feedback, and translating it into actionable product requirements.
- Global Perspective: Experience working with international customers and a strong understanding of the complexities of a worldwide market.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player who can effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
