We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Product Operations Executive to join our fast-paced and dynamic Product Operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our digital platforms and competitions. You will work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure everything runs seamlessly across our site and app.
Key Responsibilities
- Competition Planning: Take ownership of planning certain competitions, finding new prizes, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Competition Setup & QA: Assist with setting up and thoroughly checking competitions on CMS system Umbraco before they go live to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Reporting & Monitoring: Manage daily reporting and oversight tasks to track product performance and operational health.
- Site Oversight: Proactively identify and report issues across the website to help maintain an excellent user experience.
- App Testing: Support the testing of new features and app updates to ensure functionality and quality across platforms.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years in product operations, digital operations, or similar role. Experience in consumer-facing tech, gaming, or competitions is highly valued.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and content management systems.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, appealing prize ideas and competition themes.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with mobile app testing tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with digital competition/gaming environments.
- Strong interest in cars
