About The Role
We are seeking a highly capable
Senior Project and Change Manager to lead and coordinate people-focused transformation projects across our
EMEAPAC (Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific) region. This is a key role supporting a significant integration programme involving multiple workstreams across international teams.
You will be the central project manager within a transformation office, working closely with business leads in EMEAPAC to drive alignment, progress, and clear communication during a period of significant organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Change Delivery
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex people-related projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Manage multiple workstreams and act as a central point of contact across the programme team, maintaining momentum and accountability.
- Provide structured project and change management support to a range of regional and global initiatives.
Governance & Planning
- Coordinate with stakeholders across different teams and geographies to align on project goals, scope, and resource needs.
- Support the running of programme governance forums and planning workshops.
Progress Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor progress across projects and cyclical activities, ensuring risks and issues are identified and addressed.
- Provide regular, high-quality reporting and concise updates to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Change Communications
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and support strategic internal communications that guide and engage employees through change.
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of communication materials across different formats and audiences.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
- Significant experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder change projects across regions or global functions.
- Expertise in planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently to senior audiences.
- Experience supporting internal communications during change initiatives.
- Confident user of project and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Workday, and Microsoft Office.
Desirable
- Background in professional services or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
- Previous experience working on international integration or people transformation programmes.

Working Arrangements
- Hybrid working model: 2 days per week in our London office.
- Fixed-term contract for 12 months to cover a period of planned leave.
