You will be responsible for overseeing multiple workstreams, managing senior stakeholders across regions and functions, and ensuring alignment with Lloyd’s Register’s long-term vision for innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

The role
- Lead High-Impact Programmes: Drive the successful delivery of complex, multi-year programmes that span geographies, business units, and strategic priorities.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure all projects and programmes are aligned with LR’s corporate strategy, transformation roadmap, and business objectives.
- Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and collaborate with senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders, to ensure programme success and strategic buy-in.
- Governance & Assurance: Establish and maintain robust governance structures, reporting frameworks, and risk management practices across all programme activities.
- Mentor & Lead: Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture and building delivery capability across the function.
- Change Leadership: Partner with Change Managers to lead the people side of change, ensuring adoption, engagement, and long-term value realization.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of programme and portfolio management practices, tools, and standards across Lloyd’s Register.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in project and programme management, with a strong track record of delivering complex, global initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders in a matrixed, international environment.
- Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and change delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align delivery with strategic business outcomes.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, MSP, or AgilePM are highly desirable.
