Nottingham Site

The role will be based at least 2 days per week in our Nottingham office, a vibrant engineering hub recognized globally for its excellence and innovation. About You

You are a dynamic and highly organised Project Manager with a solid track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. With 3-5 years of experience in project management, you excel in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key attributes include:

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams through complex projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, IT) or equivalent experience, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) being a plus.
