As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of major construction projects.


Key Information:

  • Location: Based in Hull
  • ASAP start
  • Permanent
  • 37.5 hours
  • Salary : Negotiable
  • Living away allowance if not local 346.44 per week


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating the preparation of monthly Auto-WIP and Journal returns
  • Liaising with the Client on compensation events, payment allocation queries, and disallowed items
  • Providing cost analysis via SAP and Power BI
  • Assisting the Construction Manager with the compilation of Project Board Reports
  • Overseeing the Subcontract Management processes


To be successful in this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge of the NAECI Agreement
  • Proven experience on major Construction Projects
  • Familiarity with NEC4 Option B Contracts and the Standard Method of Measurement
  • Basic knowledge of P6 programmes
