We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team in South East, Essex & Kent.

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team in South East, Essex & Kent.
What you'll do:
- Assist with the procurement of subcontract packages as required, including the preparation of tender documents and support on tender analysis
- Management of subcontracts, certifying payments and administering change.
- Assisting with the identification and analysis of change with the client and supply chain and the production of the associated documentation
- Work closely with the project management and construction team to develop and deliver the project scope
- Ensure compliance with Skanska standards and procedures in respect of commercial activities
- BSc or HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent construction related subject
- Excellent communications skills and attention to detail
- Experience in NEC 4 forms of contract
- Relevant CSCS Card
- Enthusiasm for learning and personal development
