Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Project Manager(s) to ensure projects meet commercial and financial targets
• Foster strong and collaborative relationships with clients and suppliers
• Provide regular and accurate reporting to the Commercial Manager
• Accountable for project budget and regular commercial forecasts
• Conduct valuations for initial, interim, and final payment applications
• Manage project subcontractor and supplier accounts
• Identify notify, value, and agree on changes
• Maximise recovery of all contractual entitlements
• Ensure projects are managed in accordance with contract terms
• Maintain contemporary records for claims, extensions of time, and variations
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

• Understanding of standard forms of contract.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages including Excel, Project, and Word.
• Valuation techniques and Earned Value Management.
• Ability to forecast cost and value based on program and scope of works.
• Familiarity with project and business cost management tools.

Desired:

• Detailed knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
• Qualifications:
• A Level standard or equivalent education.
• Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
• Professional memberships such as RICS, CIOB, ICES, or equivalent.
• Valid CSCS card and full UK driver’s license.
