What You'll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll develop deep market knowledge and work in an inclusive, fast-paced environment to identify and develop new client and candidate opportunities. Your desk will be your own business within a business—where you’ll:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment processes from end to end
• Carry out proactive sales and business development activity
• Place a variety of professionals—from engineers and machinists to senior technical experts—into exciting contract and permanent roles

We’re Looking For...

• Proven recruitment experience (contract or perm) ideally in aerospace, automotive, maritime or a similar heavily-regulated industry sector—however, we’re open experience from other recruitment verticals as long as it comes with a strong billing track record
• We are open to all levels from Associate to Lead, with renumeration being tailored to experience
• Excellent communication, sales and stakeholder engagement skills
• A collaborative mindset and drive to achieve
