SENIOR RESEARCH CONSULTANT

REPORTING TO : Director of Health Economics in [Europe/North America]

DEPARTMENT : Health Economics

PLACE OF WORK : Hybrid or home based, UK or Netherlands

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for executing of assigned projects on time and with expected quality. Including the development of global economics models, local model adaptations and supporting analytical work including survival and HRQoL analyses.
  • Lead projects or workstreams ensuring timely delivery with appropriate review and sign off. As required, participate directly in development of deliverables or other project activities.
  • Work closely with clients and with senior team members to understand client needs, develop and scope potential solutions and contribute to delivery and reporting of modelling and analytical products

Create, identify and leverage new business opportunities by identifying emerging customer needs and formulating appropriate solutions to meet revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction objectives. Contribute to the development of proposals within your area of expertise.

  • Draft and develop manuscripts, abstracts and posters, and where required attend and present at conferences.

Coach, mentor and when appropriate line manage more junior members of staff.

  • Ensure company and business unit policies, standards, and procedures are met.

The duties of the Employee can be extended and modified by the Company in the future as required to meet the Company's evolving needs and so as to enable the Employee to develop his own activities and competencies.
